You can use the “Job Manager” screen to keep track of the reports, data requests, and data loads you’ve run on the IDW2. When you first click on the link, any jobs that are currently running will be displayed. You also have the option of searching for jobs that have either been accepted or rejected by changing your search using the “Job Status” drop-down menu. To determine why a job failed, run a search for any jobs with Job Status of “Error”, and drill down into the job number to see the details. Click on the “Log” tab to be taken to a screen which will display any errors that occurred – this will be an important first step in the troubleshooting process.
