IDEA, AD & Supply Force Team Up to Provide More Data that Sells

IDEA, Affiliated Distributors (AD) and supplyFORCE are working together to encourage manufacturers to fully populate the Industry Data Warehouse (IDW) with enriched product content within an accelerated timeline. Our partnership and Data Attribut­ion Initiative is examined in the 2012 AD Today magazine. Several industry leaders share their perspective in the article including: John Ludham, Executive Vice President of supplyForce; David Oldfather, AD President of Electrical Divisions; Larry Stern, President of Standard Electric Supply Co.; Pam Erickson, Vice President of Marketing of Affliated Distributors; Wes Smith, President of Mayer Electric Supply; Bob Shapiro, President of Franklin Empire Inc.; Mike Wentz, VP of Marketing and Operations of IDEA; and Steven Sokolow, Chairman of the Board of Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc.

Ludlam said, “After listening to many Affiliates, it was agreed that there was a real need for this and that AD should be involved in getting this done. With input from David Oldfather and Mike Wentz, we came up with a plan to use AD’s leverage in the marketplace, supplyFORCE’s core knowledge and IDEA’s infrastructure to ensure content.”
