Client account lead enters her tenth year with the company in an elevated role
Arlington, VA — IDEA is pleased to announce a key promotion to ensure distributors and manufacturers are getting the greatest benefits from IDEA products and services.
Amy Brennan has been promoted to Strategic Account Executive. Her experience includes more than 30 years managing and supporting distributor and manufacturer users of software and service solutions. Brennan’s career includes working with Distributor Information Systems Corp. (DISC), Prophet 21 and Epicor with distributor ERP systems.
Brennan has deep industry operational experience and a passionate commitment to quality. She has driven much of the development and maintenance of the Client Accounts’ Standard Operating Procedures. She will continue to report to Susan Streich, Director of Client Accounts.

We will be driving several key initiatives in 2022 that will include increased focus on IDEA Connector and IDEA Exchange users. Amy is a key contributor to this team, and we are continuing to invest in one of our greatest resources: our people,” said Mike Wentz, IDEA Vice President of Sales.
In the past decade, IDEA has grown by almost 40%. Brennan and the Client Account team are an integral part of this growth and innovation. The IDEA Connector platform holds over 2.9 million SKUs, 250 million product attributes, and over 500 fields for digital initiatives, including technical drawings, multiple images (3D, thumbnails, etc.), warranty information, videos, IMAP pricing, certifications (UL, Prop 65, etc.), and multilingual content (Spanish, French, etc.).
