In 2022, IDEA and TradeTech Solutions launched the IDEA OrdrTrak℠ platform to address the challenge of fragmented information in the electrical channel. By leveraging IDEA Connector product data, OrdrTrak centralizes information exchange among manufacturers, reps, distributors, and contractors. This platform minimizes the need for status calls and emails, enhancing productivity with a single login for seamless access to all order information.
