All Attendees

  • Early Bird Registration Fee: $1,125 (valid thru 7/31)
  • Registration Fee: $1,250 (effective 8/1)

Cancellation Policies

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by IDEA by 8/9/2025 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received by 9/23/2025 will receive a 75% refund. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) should select "manage your registration" from their confirmation email and select “Cancel.”

You may transfer your registration until 10/3/2025 with no fees incurred by emailing fbaumgardner@idea4industry.com.

Cancellations received after 10/3/2025 and NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not canceled by 10/3/2025) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Housing Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax.
